EKV MultiMedia is a full-service advertising, marketing & multimedia production company headquartered in Kailua, Hawai`i. Now in its 14th year in business, it was originally established as Environmental Kooks Video to produce television documentaries on environmental and land use development issues for local, regional, and national audiences.
In 1994, we started expanding our offerings - and changed our corporate name to reflect a more mainstream audience - so that today a client can choose from a whole menu of marketing and community outreach services besides video production: Scriptwriting; non-linear editing; government affairs; community relations; media buys; development & grantwriting support; and a finished product in virtually any language - including AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE.
We also publish the first community e-paper in Hawai`i, The Ko`olau News, one of two websites put out by or on behalf of the Windward Ahupua`a Alliance. Although both websites cover essentially the same area between Makapu`u at the southern end of the island to Kawela Bay on the North Shore, TKN is much more community-oriented with calendars and notices and stories about people and issues while the WAA website focuses on organizational activities, events & updates.
